Georgia Tech offered a course taught from this text via distance learning and recorded some videos of Tom’s lectures. You can access these videos as well as Tom’s slides by using the links at the top of the Georgia Tech Math 3012 Open Resources page. The videos are all on YouTube, where it appears that there are videos for several more lectures beyond what are posted on the Georgia Tech page.
Solutions to odd-numbered exercises in chapters 2, 3, and 5–9 are available upon request. Please contact us for a copy. (Emails must be sent from University email addresses, and instructor status will be verified online before sending solutions.)
Mitch has also developed a number of activity handouts for chapters 2, 3, and 5 as well as LaTeX Beamer slides with clicker questions suitable for use with classroom response systems for a number of the chapters. Please contact us if you are interested in them.
